Somatic Support for Body, Mind, & Self-Connection
Virtual Appointments, Worldwide
This path creates space to listen to the deeper “niggles” asking for our attention.
Oftentimes it's symptoms, yearnings, unspoken desires, or something just feeling off. Together, we explore what’s alive in your body and life, and what is asking for greater understanding, connection, and care within.
A different relationship with ourselves can change a surprising amount. As we learn to connect differently, tension softens, emotional resilience grows, the body settles into ease, and new possibilities become easier to see.

Frequently Asked Questions
Exploring something new can bring up questions. Here are a few of the most common ones we hear.
-
Many people find their way here because of physical symptoms that feel persistent, confusing, or don't seem to fully resolve.
We regularly work with people experiencing chronic tension, digestive challenges, pain, swelling, fatigue, breakouts, nervous system overwhelm, anxiety, and other symptoms that are impacting daily life.
Rather than focusing solely on symptom management, we explore the relationship between your body, emotions, stress patterns, life experiences, and inner world. As that relationship changes, people often experience meaningful shifts in their overall well-being and in their symptoms as well.

Every session is unique because every person is unique.
Together, we explore what you're noticing in your body, emotions, thoughts, and life experience. Through conversation, guided awareness, somatic practices, and experiential exploration, we help you connect with what is asking for attention, understanding, or care.
You don't need to perform, analyze yourself, or have everything figured out. Our role is to help create a space where you can listen more deeply to yourself and discover what wants to emerge.
-
Not necessarily.
While difficult experiences may naturally arise if they feel relevant, there is never pressure to revisit, relive, or disclose anything you don't want to share.
Your comfort, agency, and personal choice a a top priority throughout the process.
Oftentimes, people find relief in working through difficulties in the unique way we approach them.

Talk therapy often focuses on understanding experiences through conversation, reflection, and insight.
While conversation is certainly part of our work, we also include the body and felt experience in the process. This allows us to explore not only what you think about something, but how it is being held and experienced within you.
Many people appreciate having a space that includes both insight and direct experience.

People seek us out for many reasons.
Sometimes it's chronic symptoms, anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, grief, or burnout.
Other times it's a life transition, a sense of disconnection, relationship challenges, creative stagnation, uncertainty, or simply a feeling that something important is asking for attention.
You don't need a diagnosis, a crisis, or even a clear explanation for why you're here. If something in your body or life is asking to be understood more deeply, this work may be supportive.
-
Yes. All sessions are offered virtually, allowing us to work with people throughout the United States and around the world.
Many people are surprised by how effective body-based work can be in an online setting. Because the focus is on your own awareness, inner experience, and relationship with your body, meaningful work can happen from wherever you are, in the comfort of your own space.
