A Bit More About Me
My life took a major turn when a health crisis diverted me onto a new path… guiding healing.
For 6 years now, I have been honored to help people feel connected and well in body, mind, and spirit — after experiencing an awakening during my own health crisis.
Before this path, living a life of careful calculation took a toll on my health and well-being. Swollen lymph nodes, fatigue, burnout, anxiety. I was a high-achieving creative professional who hustled and pounded the pavement, trying to find my value through career and “success.”
The thing is, cycles of tension, disconnection, and longing for something real weighed my spirit down. My emotional side was closed off, and I didn’t know how to express what I was honestly feeling… for fear of being criticized or seen as weak. My spirit found a way to reach me though… through my body’s symptoms.
The one thing that always remained, even in those turbulent times? Following what feels truthful. And I must admit, I love that part of me. :)
I’ve learned, healed, and grown the most by facing my own shadows, and I’m still evolving every day. For it is in those spaces that we find out who we truly are… and the feelings of connection, rootedness, and freedom naturally follow.
