This is my life’s work and my passion. I guide with great skill, delicate compassion, embodied presence, and exacting intuitive awareness. I’m a healer and spiritual mentor who will always guide you back to your true source and help it bubble forth…because that is where to magic is. I am someone who can dive deep behind the veil to sense and illuminate what’s hidden and who can ground it in reality to bring peace and perspective to the energy. People tell me that while I’m deeply spiritual and “tapped in,” I have a gift of making energy and the language of the body relatable, clear, and elegant.

I have spent the last 7 years in this lifetime honing my energy and emotional intelligence, engaging in radical personal responsibility, nurturing my intuition and unique abilities, and mastering the language of the mind-body to bring that into my craft of helping others heal, shift, and elevate beyond what they thought possible.
